If you are looking for a straight forward, cost effective data analysis tool, Stratum should be at the top of your list for consideration.

Silvon employees are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The on-line documentation is full of examples and the help videos are great.

I dislike the inability to freeze column headings on multi-page views.

Not only is the software package easy to use, the Stratum support team is always quick to help whether it is a simple question or an advanced syntax formula that is needed.

The business considers it a very powerful too. For me, I would like to see two areas changed if possible.

My only real complaint is that the formatting component (Planner) does not come standard and is an add-on for an additional fee.

If they were designed more like the measures where you can edit them without opening them up to the 2nd node would be wonderful.

The program allows for me to utilize our sales tracings in order to effectively conduct calls and meetings. I can also track my progress and export to Excel in order to prepare for my upcoming days.

The node concept on the attributes is difficult to train on, and adds steps to every filter.

Ability to budget within the tool and at any level. The pre-built Stratum expressions in Viewer.

While the use and set up are fairly simple, trying to get information from their customer support at times can be like pulling teeth.

The view finder is difficult at times. I find getting the correct information loaded is a little difficult.

Stratum is a wonderful easy tool to use. All the information you need with a few clicks.

Many of my end users are enjoying the power of information on their tips. In the past they had to wait for IT department to create reports and now they have the ability to create their own.

This is especially bad at the beginning of the year when reports need to be changed.

Stratum consistently meets our needs and when it does not the issue is quickly resolved. It is an easy platform to learn and teach.

I have seen the capabilities of competitive software and I am very pleased that we have Silvon. Silvon is one of the most useful and user friendly tools on the market, I highly recommend it.

It just lets you spin and try until you give up or determine it is not in the cards. It's a waste of time and disincentive to exploration.

Ease of implementation and use. Extremely cost effective solution.

I like the ease of use and speed of retrieving information. It is very easy to filter monthly and annual information as well.

The Stratum Viewer application is we- based and visually appealing to an end-user. Our end-users seem to love it.

Documentation is very detailed. User community very supportive.

It is easy to use, plug-in, connect and start with visualization. Forecasting abilities and connection with R Studio is a plug-n-play feature.

Spotfire turned out to be a great investment to increate out analytical reporting capabilities, especially automatic to daily reports.

I love that Spotfire is able to process large file sizes extremely quickly, which means filtering millions of rows in seconds and making it easy to find and sort filter options.

We have been using this in the company and the adminitrators need the skills to work the query in detail because you can not handle easily after.

The software is hard to manage in terms of set up and updates to the templates.

User friendly interface and ease of access. Good design and functionality for graphs.

Easy to use interface for building dashboards. Tight Integration and connector for popular databases.

Support from Vendor in the area of customer service is weak.

It is extremely customizable so we have been able to create efficient templates that fit many of our process development engineering workflows.

The customizability and ability to create templates is amazing to tailor the different features of the product for all types of business pages.

Spotfire is the gold standard when it comes to analyzing and presenting your data in a meaningful way.

This was never  intuitive for me, so I would just mess around with the axes until it looked like I wanted it to. Occasionally, this would become frustrating.

The software allows a multitude of visualization options and charting types. The built in integrations (with R for example) are incredibly powerful and save a lot of time.

A visualization tool with limited functionality.

Very good experience overall. It does exactly what I need it to.

In addition, the visualizations in the tool are practically limitless and allow users to make incredibly complex but extremely useful and informative reports.

This took about an hour. Then, I was able to play around and make beautiful visualizations.

It was so useful to color code various customer types and understand how their revenue shifted as various pricing rules were applied.

Excellent software that does a ton of visualizations for you.

Spotfire is such a powerful tool that allows you to visualize data in an easy manner.

This helped my business presentation tremendously, and I appreciated using Spotfire.

Bad text editor for javascript. IF the javascript errors, you need to restart the whole IDE.
