It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

The user interface is great - it's easy to jump in and start using it, and then to get better at using some of the amazing features of it.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

We love Asana's capability to integrate seamlessly with Google drive for ease of setup.

The price and opportunities this tool bring is a great way for any team to keep organized whether it is a very large event or a small quick project.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

I am very enthusiastic with the Engage Process tool. The tool is useful for many purposes.

When you want to open an large process is can take several seconds to open the process. And because everything else is fast you start to think there is something wrong but you just have to wait.

It is very easy to make a process scheme. The options and possiblities to costumize the software is great.

Being able to use the software to map live during workshops is incredible and has increased my own productivity immensely.

Very quick to learn and master so provides instant feedback on benefits to processes. Highlights savings routes and cost drivers that aren't obvious, enables you to see 'the wood for the trees.

Therefor I'm able to use the Engae without a lot of support. However, less experienced users find it rather difficult.

It is easy to use and without knowledge you will find your way very quick.

Furthermore: Engage is the locking pin that enables you to make a firm step-up in improving processes.

Customer support is absolutely fantastic, with the wishlist / suggestion function allowing you to submit ideas that have a real chance of being implemented into future updates.

I am a very enthusiastic user of Engage Process. The program is very logical and therefore easy to use.

We are currently mapping a license authorisation where we try to map every single step. Engage is easy to use, to map, and to change.

It is sometimes difficult to relocate a set of buttons.

The only real gripe I have at the moment is there is no built in spell-check function.

The richness of Engage is to multidisciplinary come together and define and lay out how value streams through your processes. It gives more insight in how one contributes in that.

Friendly people to deal with. And: the most responsive cloud supplier I have experienced so far in my career, when it comes to address questions and guidance.

Some concepts that Engage uses as a pre-requisite for building processes can be a little obscure so you can waste time early on understanding why it works the way it does.

Or Helpdesk is well organized en very friendly. Furthermore the comany provides free demo's to introduce (new) users to (new) functionality.
