Pros/Cons

Pros
It's beautiful, easy to configure, and extremely customize able.
I love how this app is so simple and easy to use. This is by far the best project managing app I've seen.

Cons
tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option
Initial setup and learning takes a bit of time. It is user friendly but involves some investigation to find how to navigate.

Pros
We are using this product for a long period of time and this product helps us to improves a lot of things in our team this product is AWESOME!
I love the fact that it is every easy to use, can do almost anything, and is extremely collaborative.

Cons
This would be a minor complaint given the features mentioned above, but the interface is somewhat clunky. However, the product serves its purpose well.
1. As its cloud-based, it may sometimes be showing slow and stop working 2. Recovery time is a little bit slow rather than the market competitor. 3. Customer service are good but so friendly.
