tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option

Initial setup and learning takes a bit of time. It is user friendly but involves some investigation to find how to navigate.

high costs for the license, this application is very good for documentation but it is very difficult to integrate with systems based on BPM for greater control

Visio is a pretty basic program that lacks a lot of bells and whistles which is great for improving the ease of use but does cause some limitations when developing a project.
