The perfect mix of flexibility and traceability for requirement management, from design to testing

We use Xebrio to record our user stories with the business users, then define all the test cases and execute them. The complete design-to-test lifecycle. We involved business users on the journey and they adopted the tool without any reluctance.

PROS

Easy to use, user friendly and pleasant to the eyes. Every feature one needs is there, directly accessible. No useless complications. No nonsense.

CONS

Since it is based on a well defined model, it might force some to comply with meaningful, consistent but sometime constraining principles.

Reason for choosing Xebrio

The concepts of Xebrio are clear and they are directly operational without a steep learning curve for non specialists. We could put the tool in the hands of business users who are neither requirements specialists nor testing experts.

Overall Ecosystem is great

A good system to work with when you have more than one clients to work with.

PROS

It’s a great project management tool for teams like mine. We hunted for other tools in the market but rarely any other tool came close to Xebrio. Xebrio has all the major features we’ve been looking for like requirements management, task management, milestone tracking, documents collaboration, and more. My team has been working more efficiently once we made the switch. Highly recommend this software to all teams.

Communication channel integrations like Zoom, skype, etc.
