SMS by Keytech is an on-premise security management system suitable for all industries. It can be deployed across multiple sites and offers features such as digital visitor screening logs, a key registry, time and attendance features, parking management and a message broadcast function. The visitor screening feature allows security and front-desk personnel to check in visitors, collect their information and store information in a database for future visits. Visitors can also be pre-approved, and the system generates alerts for users if information appears to be inaccurate. The occupy/vacate module keeps track of tenants and their tenancy documents. Mixed Feelings

PROS

I appreciate SMS for its ability to house students' information in an organized manner.

CONS

As an educator, I work at multiple schools. The limits of the program only allows me to access one school's data, thus i rely on others to allow me access.

Great way to communicate!

Really efficient platform to communicate to our employees. Great for managing occupants and daily visitors. We find it exceptionally interactive and easy to use. Great product overall.

PROS

The ease of use interface, consistency in tracking individuals and its online web-access.

CONS

Slight integration difficulty at first with our technology, however the support team sorted it out quickly.
