Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • - Easy to use. - Has the features that matter most to me and my client. - Great tool and is still improving.

  • Ease of use. Built in QA System. Top 10 Agent ranking for competition. Scripting tools. Real-time reporting. Recordings are kept for 5 years. Support is fantastic!

  • Cons

  • I have one small issue with this platform is when it comes to inbound calls and assigning agents to get calls from multiple inbound lines.

  • Some of the stats are a bit tough to comprehend

  • This is an amazing app! I Love this app. so much. I can easily work anytime anywhere just using my mobile phone.

  • very easy to use. Support was very responsive to questions.

  • Cons

  • The only thing I would change is the interface seems a little dated. With that its still easy to use and accessible

  • I think the price is right but it is a little too high if you add some features.
