It’s designed for outbound, inbound and blended call center teams. Dialing capabilities include auto, predictive and preview and progressive dialing. The automatic call distribution ensures calls are being routed properly based on a specific set of rules regarding language preference, skill set and training. DialedIn has developed many of their features based on customer feedback. Security settings at the management level allow supervisors to track various aspects of a campaign.
