Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the team when I set it up; they seemed nice and knowledgable.

  • The best part about XenCALL is the ease of use for the managers and the dialers. The interface is extremely simple and easy to navigate for new users.

  • Cons

  • I have nothing to say here! lol everything is A-OK!

  • Many basic features started to disappear, like call backs, I lost 2 weeks of prod. Still unresolved

  • Pros

  • It's really easy to use and with a great price.

  • This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

  • Cons

  • Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.

  • With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
