Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it it to set up and for my clients to use. Straightforward and simple. Really appreciate the MailChimp syncing, too for occasional newsletters.

  • Easy to use. Makes it very easy to keep track of all our employees and their appointments.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes I find myself a bit confused by all the options, but I guess that's the price of having such great adaptability, and since the support is so good, this isn't really a problem.

  • I can’t see any cons in this software, i think its just need to have sime update to remove the bugs. Other than that no problem encountered since ive start using it,

  • Pros

  • Once trained, easy to understand the flow of how work gets done in the system.

  • Everything! The ability to have everything I need to run my business in one place. Order and Event tracking, big data, CRM, Email marketing, analytics, you name it.

  • Cons

  • This is not a "con," but be aware that it does take some time to learn the software, although with terrific training and support.

  • Navagating through the back site was a little confusing in the beginning, but once customer service walked me through it, it was great.
