Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it it to set up and for my clients to use. Straightforward and simple. Really appreciate the MailChimp syncing, too for occasional newsletters.

  • Easy to use. Makes it very easy to keep track of all our employees and their appointments.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes I find myself a bit confused by all the options, but I guess that's the price of having such great adaptability, and since the support is so good, this isn't really a problem.

  • I can’t see any cons in this software, i think its just need to have sime update to remove the bugs. Other than that no problem encountered since ive start using it,

  • Very easy to use and navigate within the site.

  • I really like how easy this software allows for question formats. I like the ability to have the complex question formats.

  • Cons

  • At times it is a bit complicated to navigate, you have to know what you are doing, but the customer support is always helpful in providing solutions.

  • Our billing department has found the software more challenging to pro-rate and manipulate than our previous service, but other than that, it has been wonderful.
