Great customer service and found that our parish has responded to the new look. We reach more people with notifications than we did with just email.

The ease of use and the great layout for the front end user is also amazing.

We love the adaptability of the app and are very happy with the financial side as well. It integrates perfectly with our CCB and we have high utilization in our congregation.

We also pleased with how the giving platform has simplified their giving and our reporting. Last, we are loving the immediate response with the Live Polls button - the feedback is great information.

This whole issue of having customers have to have an apple developer account is unacceptable.

Missing features that we would've wanted were a disappointment, but we anticipated that there would be features we couldn't have as part of any turnkey software experience.

The best part of this software is that it helps connecting people with their giving to a church.

Cost is very reasonable and customer support has been super.

I hate that it's not truly a multi-campus software. We have had multiple issues with campus information crossing over, and in turn had to buy a second account for our second campus.

It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.

It is the best software out there for planning a service. I absolutely recommend to anyone with the budget to afford it.

Overall, we are very pleased. However, they could be more responsive to our concerns about customization.

Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.

We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.

My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.

As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin  twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.

Customer Service is incredible. Fun, loving people want to help your church minister to and reach more people.

I enjoy that I have the ability to play audio files in the background. This is a huge advantage when driving, which I do a great deal of.

Overall, it is working great for us. There are a few things that are tricky, but it was easy to learn and the functions they do have work great.

I love how easy it is to use and set up your worship service. I also like how my team members can see anything I would like them to see.

The only thing i can think of is there is no undo option. When someone accidentally makes a change, I haven’t found a way to recover it.

Using the Forms allows me to seamlessly pull off a big event with great communication and acquiring the needed information from volunteers.

The staff is great about training those who need it, the interface is pleasing to the eye and it's easy to learn within minutes.

Great - they seem to be investing in more development...we need to be able to connect people more - and groups more and with ease and text one another and such.

PCO will integrate with literally hundreds if not thousands of other faith-based platforms making it super easy to connect it all together.

I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.

It is annoying, but that is the only flaw I have found with the application.

Around Services and Check ins, Planning Center has been exceptional with customer service and helping us sort through issues. Their tutorial videos are also great.

Overall it has been able to help keep up with everyone and keep organized,  also the integration with other apps is very helpful.

It integrates well with other software we use (e.g. ProPresenter) and has an excellent free iOS app.
