Recently we had a challenge with logging into Donarius, and the staff helped us greatly to ensure quick resolution, very professional and great to work with.

Very easy to use, good reports, detailed instructions, support help excellent and the price is very affordable.

When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.

Customer support is outstanding, and the videos that describe the product have been extremely helpful.

The benefits of this program are great. I can create from the main page individual reports, groups, by amounts, specific time periods, it is a great program.

Donarius is so easy to use and is great value for money.

The software is intuitive, it is easy to get up and going in a short while. The 'help' information is easy to understand.

It does get frustrating at times when I can't get the info I need.

Excellent software - it is kept up to date and improved with each new version.

It is great to have a system that automatically creates receipts. Fine for a small church.

The option to email statements seemed very difficult to use. I tried a few times and found it did not work well.

What I like about this software is it's simplicity of use. It does not require a significant knowledge of financial accounting.

As a church, we have recently switched to using QuickBooks, and I wish that Donarius would integrate/have a plugin for QuickBooks.

I know some churches like to have them integrated, but we found it annoying that we could not delete members from the rolls easily if they had ever donated. Donarius is perfect for us.

I really appreciate their patience even when I am not sure how to explain what I want. Results have been great.

Some parts are a little awkward to get set up.

Ease of use, number of useful reporting documents, ease of creating tax receipts, ability to customize receipt layout and labels.

Overall, it's a good software for a smaller church and at a great price tag.

At the most reasonable price, ease of use and customer support, our small charity could not ask for a better software than Donarius.

I have used Donarius for over 15 years and am very pleased with it. It is a straight forward program and easy to learn.

My experience with Donarius has been an easy transition to learn and operate and in this day of multiple technologies to learn it has been a delight to use.

The ease of use inside the program made it best for our small church to get donations put into the system.

Donor type section, very confusing. Hard to show the donors spouse and children birthdate and if they are baptized members.

Ability to export reports to Excel to further customize reports or to add notes. Ability to restore and entire backup or just additional data.

Better targeting of communications. Integrated event registrations and payments.

In all aspects  we have been very pleased with One Church.

The software is super intuitive, easy to understand. It has tools that help in daily tasks besides possessing considerable updates that make the software every day more powerful.

Consistent and intuitive user interface. Excellent and timely support.

There are lots of features I haven't mentioned. Still, the customer support is responsive, timely and adaptive.

The free version is really all you need up to 500 people and the paid version is a great bargain. The staff is pleasantly responsive and open to suggestions.

The user interface is incredibly well thought-out. This makes it easy to learn and to teach, even to the technologically challenged/fearful.

I also don't like the fact that there isn't a mobile app for admin users of this app.

If you need the best value for Church Management Software, THIS IS IT.

And the great thing is, all of this is very customizable and very easy to use. I highly recommend this church software if you're looking for something user-friendly but very powerful.

I love they way they work with small churches.

They make updates and new feature releases almost weekly. The price point for this software is unbelievable.

It is very easy to use for most of our staff. When we have had questions that we could not find in the help section (which is helpful most of the time) their responses were quick and personal.

Their customer services is excellent. They always respond quickly and with solutions.

It has reduced the cost and really made it so much easier for us, while at the same time improving the appearance, ease of use, and clarity for the users.

All the pre-formatted settings and customizations are searchable for creating rich and robust reports. Dashboards for the People and Contribution sections are customizable and easy to review and use.

The only thing that I see as a negative only because I haven't really learned it yet is the app manager. It has been a little harder to figure out but I am confident it is strictly user error for now.

With so many options it was easy to get lost in the minutia of set-up. There are no pre-set user permissions profiles other than SuperUser.

This great for registering guest that attend services or other functions and tracking their progress towards regular attendance and membership.

The cost of One Church Software is among the lowest we’ve seen for similar systems, and comes packaged with an online giving platform.

We are extremely please with its application capabilities and outstanding customer service.

There is no one thing that I dislike about the product. I use it specifically for online donations.

Customer service has been phenomenal. The features available to us have drastically improved our member care and our reach into the community.

It is very user friendly. We never get questions where users are confused like we did with our old system.

All the other features (financial, scheduling, etc.) are easy to use. The customer service  folks are friendly and quick at responding.
