Tithely has been a great addition to our online giving mechanism. The forms presented to the user are super clean and easy to use.

Best system I've ever worked with, especially if you look at the price point. You can combine multiple systems and have everything in house and supported by a great team.

It works great and using things like Stripe or PayPal aren't out of the question with this system.

If you want a powerful solution at a great price, Elvanto is the obvious choice.

The only thing was a lack of follow up from the Tithely team when I tried to setup a sales conference.

In only a few months using the system, we are already seeing a great benefit.

Learning curve for staff is easy and members love it. Volunteer management is the best out there and it also offers integration with many other systems.

It's seems like a very cool company that has a great product and we're happy to be partnering with them.

The application is intuitive and the online documentation is very comprehensive and helpful.

Costly, online was not as easy as mobile, service planning was sub-par compared to Planning Center.

More than anything it is their phone app, which is fairly useless at this time compared to just logging into the website on your phone (this is where 4 stars on Features comes in).

Elvanto has been a great system for us. The customer support has been great as we've grown and advanced our systems.

We were in the process of streamlining a few platforms and we were happy to see that tithely played so well with others. Using platforms like MailChimp and PushPay were a breeze with Tithe.ly.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not gathering in person and most of our offerings are now being sent through Tithe.ly. It is very user friendly for members to make their contributory offerings.

Best thing about this software is the Tech Support/Customer service is top notch excellent.

Allows members of our congregation to give via a mobile app. Money is deposited in our bank account very quickly and the giver usually pays the fee, so we get the donation they used to give via check.

Confusing variety of ways to attach files to songs and services. API is missing some key features for service planning.

Getting both a macro and a micro view help pastors to better care for the church as a whole and individual people.

Very easy to set up, easy to use by members, and looks great. Options to integrate with business webpage or to use the app.

I am satisfied with Tithe.ly. Our congregation uses it weekly.

It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.

It is the best software out there for planning a service. I absolutely recommend to anyone with the budget to afford it.

Overall, we are very pleased. However, they could be more responsive to our concerns about customization.

Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.

We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.

My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.

As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin  twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.

Customer Service is incredible. Fun, loving people want to help your church minister to and reach more people.

I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.

I enjoy that I have the ability to play audio files in the background. This is a huge advantage when driving, which I do a great deal of.

Overall, it is working great for us. There are a few things that are tricky, but it was easy to learn and the functions they do have work great.

I love how easy it is to use and set up your worship service. I also like how my team members can see anything I would like them to see.

The only thing i can think of is there is no undo option. When someone accidentally makes a change, I haven’t found a way to recover it.

Great - they seem to be investing in more development...we need to be able to connect people more - and groups more and with ease and text one another and such.

PCO will integrate with literally hundreds if not thousands of other faith-based platforms making it super easy to connect it all together.

I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.

It is annoying, but that is the only flaw I have found with the application.

Around Services and Check ins, Planning Center has been exceptional with customer service and helping us sort through issues. Their tutorial videos are also great.

Overall it has been able to help keep up with everyone and keep organized,  also the integration with other apps is very helpful.

It integrates well with other software we use (e.g. ProPresenter) and has an excellent free iOS app.
