The failure reasons for deployment tasks can be unclear, or if an agent isn't behaving as expected it can be tricky to pinpoint the issue.

RHEL links to RPMs are constantly hitting pages that no longer exist with 404 errors.

Instead we are relying on detailed auto  install policies which work for us but this is the biggest limitation I have see thus far.

There are quite a few clicks to get where you want. A couple of missing features such as force check in from the portal.

Patch Manager Plus has been easy to deploy to all my endpoints and its intuitive interface has allowed me to setup effective automation for my Windows and Third Party patching.

I am impressed with the notifications and reporting as well.

I like the fact that we can patch third party applications and able to deploy patches for a zero day quickly and seamlessly.

While we are an SCCM shop, the use of Patch Manager Plus is amazing. It is easy to use from reporting to pushing patches, querying workstations, and setting up automated deployment rules.

Some updates fail over and over because they are missing components.

The customer support for this product is really great. They offer a chat support, with immediate response for your issues.

It has saved us countless hours due to the recent issues with quality from Microsoft and their Windows 10 updates.

Overall, the largest pro is being able to keep our company computers up-to-date without actually accessing them directly and the price is great.

The licence key being on the config.ini which also managed dns forwarders and bypass ip is difficult to manage once the product it out.

The price was very competitive considering the number of features we have access to. They also had the ability to white-list which was a key feature that others I've tried struggled with.

So far I can block NSFW stuff people are looking at and also stop the possible infection due to those sites.
