It is very easy to use, it doesn't require a lot of time to get used to it, you can use this system to manage a few clubs easily, and what is important ' automatic messaging service, it sends prepared messages to the customers according to situation just automatically! Pros: - automatic messaging - easy to use - ability to manage a few clubs simultaneously - great support team Cons: - I haven't noticed any, but I would like to have notification center or something, to be aware of urgent or planned events.

Since the moment we fully integrated this system, I start noticing gaps in my business, I mean, that my business wasn't managed enough, it was just running. There were a lot of people who bought their subscriptions and they were not showing up at the classes or at the GYM itself. After I visited inset with customers base, CRM showed me the percentage and number of visits in the club.
