Pros
- Every time we reach out with questions the EWorkOrders team responds very quickly and helps us get what we want out of the program.
- The software facilitates a great way of communicating in a decentralized organization to ensure items are completed in a timely fashion ensuring a quality product for our customers.
Cons
- The only con for us is because eWork Orders is a cloud based system we can't use it for problems involving internet or power outages.
- There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.
Pros
- Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
- I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
Cons
- No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
