Jobber does the job nicely, quickly, easily and is quite affordable for any small business. It integrates nicely with financial systems such as QuickBooks too.

Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.

Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

Jobber streamlines the whole process of dispatching, time tracking, and invoicing and exports the info to my QuickBooks. Excellent customer support as well.

I really don't have any major negative complaints on this program, once I learned the set up and got used to it.

Jobber is good for someone just starting out due to it's ease of use but if you want to do any MailChimp or resending quotes you better be willing to pay a lot of money.

Another problem is that my drivers sometimes have 55 stops in a day. From their app you can’t see a map - just a list.

No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.

Limited browser interface platforms make it difficult to access from tablets or cell phones. Mobile access is somewhat limited.

We like that Office Trax is easy to use and you can get out what you put into the system. Additionally, we like the Customer Service we get from our Account Manager.

Once a quotation is prepared, it can be converted into an Invoice. Costs are separated very accurate.

As a user of Officetrax this is the easiest and best software available. When I compare other facility maintenance software Officetrax is the most user friendly program we have.

When working in invoicing sometimes it just cuts out or it becomes slow and you have to wait to make entries.

Easy to receive the requests, add notes, see pictures, and do invoicing all in one place. Also nice to see past requests for the same locations.

Customizable, affordable, reliable. Excellent customer service and open to ideas to make the system better on an ongoing basis.

The reporting functionality is horrible. All I get is a data dump that I have to manipulate myself in Excel.

Going through page by page each time is very time consuming and annoying.

It is a  great tool once is learned but it takes a while to train on it and mastered.

With all the operating systems available, it is very frustrating that I can not perform the basic functions of Officetrax on the go; either on my phone or tablet.

The selection for work orders, I am always putting in the wrong work order because its very vague on what each work order is.

It's cumbersome to use and only works with Internet Explorer. It's hard to get reports.

This is a major problem for me, especially when taking vacation, or out sick.
