Pros
Ease of use and training of support staff. Integrated Knowledgebase.

Cons
You have to create reports to see closed calls as they are not simply on the menu.

Pros
Super Easy to use and simple. I love the flow of the app and that you don’t have to search hard to find things.
The app is great. The interface is simple and intuitive. The ability to communicate with employees within a work order is fantastic.

Cons
Occasionally it has crashed but Customer Support have been helpful
The learning curve on the setup is a bit steep, but their support is pretty good.
