Paperless Online is contact management software for businesses of all sizes and segments. The system offers document management, case management, contract management, records management, and reporting and analytics.

With Paperless Online users can create custom data fields for contact and staff records. The software has the ability to create custom forms, custom reporting, and custom printing. Users can assign tasks to staff members or employees, as well as anyone listed as a contact within the system. The contact management software integrates with DocuSign so that any documents or forms can be signed electronically and stored in the system’s records.

Reminders can be set to finish projects on time and there is a comments log for inter-user communication. The software offers a self-service portal where contacts can login and submit any required documents or forms. Web-based deployment allows users to access the system from anywhere and it is iPad compatible.

I really like the ease of use and all of the video tutorials. They are not annoying or long, they are actually useful and show you step by step how to do things. I like the fact that there is no contract and that you can back up all your files easily.


I don't like that the commission module has to be seen by all master admins, there should be a way to turn that off and on. The customer service has room for improvement too.
