I've been using pCloud extensively for the past 4 years and it's been a great journey seeing all the improvements they make (like adding Crypto Folder and Backup possibilities).

My most favourite feature is the pCloud Drive. It's a virtual drive which lets you work on your PC without taking hard drive space

On desktop I'm missing some video speed controls like 0.75x, 1.25x and 1.75x. But luckily Video Speed Controller chrome extension is helping there. On mobile it's even less video options.

I just love pc cloud everyone on the market should own one already! As now you can extend till 10tb of storage that great!

Since I putted my hand on this app I stoped using wetransfer for file transfers! So glad I have this as my phones and computers have an automatic back up! The best is available on iPhone as a cloud to use so I use it instead of Apple iCloud!

I wish they could have the way to record a video directly to pc cloud!

I hate to take issue with so many, but pCloud is nowhere near as good as these reviews suggest. For months, I have been working with pCloud support to load a full set on my folders & files to their server. After much effort and may days and even more emails we got the data loaded. Then it all fell apart. While trying to sync their server locked up and could no longer upload files. Their solution was to tell me to not load any of my photographic data as their system was not designed to load those file types. Note that there was no time in the buying process where that is explained. Note too, that their system had uploaded the data initially but then could not sync. Next pCloud support said wait for the new release and all would be fine. The release came and NOTHING improved. This is all before we even talk about the number of DAYS it took to upload the data. I did request a refund of the money spent on the lifetime subscription and that simply fell on deaf ears. No question but what it is easy to use, it simply does not work as it should.

My experience has been wonderful, I have had no problems, I have been able to recover some lost or deleted files from my computer thanks to the fact that it keeps a file history for 30 days where it allows recovering from individual files to complete folders.

For more than 4 years I have kept my files synchronized with pCloud, I have never had problems, I have kept the files synchronized on 3 computers and backed up securely at the moment. pCloud is like an hard drive when you installing it is added as one more drive in my computer.

It does not integrate an online file editor as well as Google Drive that allows you to edit Word files online without opening them on the computer.

Overall it is good software and I had a great experience with it except for the syncing problem which I have experienced some time but other than that the software is great for what it was designed to do.

The ability to share documents with ease and only need a one-time payment instead of a monthly subscription.

Syncing can be a problem with pCloud because sometimes the software does not sync very well causing the file to be corrupted.

My experience has been simply incredible. It's like I've found the perfect partner for my digital life. From the moment I started using it, I realized that I have never experienced such a seamless and efficient way to store, sync, and collaborate on my business files before.

I absolutely loved everything about this platform. I can't pick one thing, it's just too fantastic to be true. Its friendly and easy-to-use interface, its unlimited storage space, its ability to sync and collaborate on business files... I'm just speechless how amazing it is. A dream come true!

Oh sure, you have to find something negative in the midst of so much perfection, right? Well, I guess what I liked the least about it is that I just can't think of anything negative. But, if I really have to struggle to find something less shiny, I'd say that maybe the 30-day free trial period is a bit too generous. I mean, what if I'm already so enamored with this platform on day one? Do I have to wait another 29 days to pay and enjoy all its amazing features? It's torture! But hey, I guess that's the small price to pay for so much power in the cloud.

I cannot contain my excitement as I talk about how much this service has impressed me. I must say that what I liked the most about this platform is its unlimited cloud storage capacity. I had never before found a cloud solution that allowed me to have so many files, documents and resources at my disposal. I can say without a doubt that my productivity has skyrocketed to new levels.

If I have to point something out, it would be great to have some additional advanced features. I understand that this platform is focused on offering a seamless cloud storage and collaboration experience, but if there were some additional features for data analysis or integration with other business tools, that would be absolute perfection.

The end-to-end encryption ensures the confidentiality of our files and the disaster recovery feature has given us peace of mind in case of any eventuality and although there have been some minor challenges such as a bit of a confusing user interface and load times and download sometimes slower than expected, overall I'm satisfied

One of the main advantages is the generous amount of storage it offers. 1TB per user is more than enough to meet the needs of most businesses. This abundance of storage space allows users to easily store and sync their business files in the cloud, making it easy to access and collaborate with colleagues, partners, and clients.

I would like to point out that the user interface can be a bit confusing and unintuitive for those who are not familiar with cloud storage solutions. Although it may be easy to navigate for advanced users at first, it could be beneficial to implement a better guide or tutorial to help new users quickly become familiar with the platform.

pcloud gives me more storage than google drive and onedrive, I can sync my files from my computer to cloud storage as well as download as many as I want as well as share files between my friends and family. It allows Invite users to shared folders without having to use their usage.

The file download is slow sometimes. It is only the downside i have found so far.

Access to all fotos I take with my smartphone and my camera.

I use it to document the preparing of my new house and the process of moving there. So I deal mainly with fotos. Upload via smartphone or PC works great ... and fast. I can create a folder structure of my liking and change it as often as necessary. Copying and moving within the folders is no problem, neither is selecting several items , once you get the hang of it. I, too, tried the backups of dropbox and my google account, but deactivated it again. It will take space I need for other things. Installing all apps was easy on computer and smartphone. After setting everything up, i.e. automatic upload from my smartphone, defining the filetypes etc. I was set and more or less forget about it. pCloud received my fotos, I distributed them to my folders and created new ones every time I was at the house. It will be the most important documentary of the process and I am confident, that the service will be available for many years to come. Just before writing this review I went through the pCloud-structure again and discovered some music I uploaded more than half a year ago. It is playing in the background now. Nice. Having tried several cloud systems before for uploading my stuff, I found pCloud very easy and comfortable to use and will use it for the time to come or until it folds - which I hope, never happens. By the way, I am a free user, having granted the 50 GB during an introduction campaign of the service.

There is not much to dislike. The interface is simple and easy to understand, the options menu structure has few - but important - things to configure. After that, it just runs and does its thing. When getting it the first time, I was asked, what could be improved. I wanted for connecting to more cloud systems. The big five are ok, but I hoped, that pCloud being a European company would target big European providers, too. I miss especially T-Online, web.de and GMX and the access to their media centers. Maybe it is possible to participate in the development of a standardised interface to access various cloud systems. If this is not possible, I would request pCloud to have its service added to suppliers of cloud connecting software. The German website show clearly, that it was translated from the English site with its share of expression and grammar mistakes. As pCloud is a swiss company, this is somewhat weird. But it is not unreadable or subject for misunderstandings of the service. You can't do anything wrong when following German instructions. The pricing is ok, the free account quite generous and options to upgrade are quite tempting.

pCloud worked for us. What's really cool is that they sell lifetime plans for a great price. If you don't need that you can use it for free though and even use your Facebook to open account. Every plan is cheaper than you'll find it anywhere else. pCloud shows your storage data in a chart so it's easy to keep up with how much space is used or free and what's in there. I like the amount of settings and how much control I have over everything. There's even a super secure option that nobody except the account holder can get to- the crypto folder.

When I touch the attatch file icon on email or text message there's no shortcut or preview of pcloud files like there is for all the others. It'd be cool if they fixed that and got features to the same level too.

1st rule of backup - to have a 3 copy on diferent medias and in different palces. Until recent that wasn't a problem (DVD, USB sticks, portable HDs) but today we are bombarded with digital products, medias and contents. For example, new AAA games have usually more than 20 Gb. Smartphone camera can shoot a photo of 2+ Mb or 1080p video without any problem, and next generations of smartphones push this boundaries more forward. Digital creators give freely most of their work and every year quantities/quality is also moving forward. Internet speed is also moving forward making more material downloadable and so on. Question is: where You can make a backup of so much data? Cheap DVDs - too small but sometimes usefull, BlueRay Disc - slightly too expensive, USB - sometimes they stop working, portable HDs - perfect but expensive, have tendencies to multiply. Other problem is where to store them? People usually store them all in same drawer or closet. And that is also a problem. So what backup mix can be used? I personaly prefer DVD - cloud - cloud. Looking for some cloud with so needed space I arrived to pCloud. There are different subsription plans: - free with 20 Gb (that is nice start) but sometimes there are promotions so You can start with 50 Gb (nicer), - premium with 500 Gb (we are geting serious) - premium plus with 2 Tb (that is very serious). I would sugest to take full year plan as it's ussually 20 % cheaper than monthly. In business version there are some interesting features. Most interesting to me are: - posibility to create diferent teams in same company but with different permisions so that data are not muliplies with several foldres for several users. - multilayered date-related backup so it's possible to rool back a file version from some time ago that was overwriten or lost, - activity log for all files, - team instant messaging. Work with pCloud, until now, was perfect, no flaws and I can suggest this cloud service to other possible users.

As citizen of EU I would like that my data is stored outside US. More customization would be nice. Cloud encription is extra charged???For a server on US soil?

pCloud uses AES TLS/SSL 256 bit encryption in its standard plans, which by the way, are a bargain if you get the lifetime offers. Furthermore, they offer a lifetime plan for pCloud Crypto, which is an option to encrypt files saved on their servers. This means even someone with physical access cannot see your files.

Lifetime plans offer no upgrade feature. 2TB seems enough now, but it probably won't be in a few decades. Practically, their lifetime plans won't last a lifetime (or 99 years) but you will have to buy a larger plan every 20-30 years or so. I hope in the future, old customers will get new bargains.

The software is very processor heavy and doesn't allocate memory well when syncing. The customer service does not understand what the advanced features of the product do and can't help resolve any issues. I've used the product with some trivial issues that I was able to resolved but once I needed to reach out to customer service, they were unable to proceed. I would advise against this solution if data integrity and accessibility is something your organization requires.

For the very basic file storage and syncing, the software is great.

I love the ease of access to my files and the additional layer of encryption for my files.

I love how easily pCloud integrates with my Windows PC file system, my Chromebook and my phone. It is extremely easy to get to a file just about any time and anywhere I need to. I love that it creates a drive on my PC and that I can access my files just as if they were stored on my computer. I especially love the Crypto option which makes it possible for me to encrypt the files I store in the cloud. If their hacker challenge statements are correct, the encryption works very well. I don't feel like I get this with other services.

The Chrome extension never seems to work properly for me. Also didn't like how, on first set-up on my phone, that it started to automatically to back-up photos that I would never have backed up as they were not work related. It seems to me that the user should not have anything like that set up automatically. I was able to go into the settings and change it, but it seems like overstepping to me.

I like most the multi-platform strategy (Windows, Linux, iOS). It's easy to sync current folders for a permanent backup. I also appreciate to sync shared folders.

Very bad is, that by restoring any files from the cloud date and time of every file get lost. It will be restored with the date and time of restoring, not with the date and time of the original storage. That makes the app nearly unusable.

What i love about pcloud is that you can add a drive to your computer make it really easy to use. Pcloud is that service you use everyday but you forget about it, because is so well done - Very well integrate (is like a hard drive) - Very fast - Very useful and handyl!! - Save alot of space, - Keep sync very well on the background - Permition: So you can give access to remote upload or access - Share online Amazing for work with teams and other people

Overall is very good, not complain. For my miss 2 things: - an phone app (have 1 but is not so good integrate like the pc vertion) - a wordpress plugin for backup (the current plugin dont work) Also the web interface is fine, but is a really good product cold be way better!

I wish that the collaboration features, in real-time on non-Google file types, and the ability to view and restore deleted files would be really impressive.

Dropbox is overpriced, it's better to use this!

I used this to backup my entire hard disk to the cloud. - backup photos on my phone to the cloud - very robust cloud drive that comes with crypto drive that give extra layer of security - ability to share file via your own branded link

There was one time the sync with my hard drive mess up and support can't solve it for me. In the end, I have to delete the entire backup and redo the entire syncing from fresh. This is the one & only sour I faced, otherwise this is a great tool!

With pCloud, I recovered deleted files in my hard disk. pCloud saved my business !!

pCloud allows you to download files online directly in the cloud, without going through its local hard drive. We copy the URL of the file in the download dialog. The transfer speed is amazing!! pCloud allows me to save my hard disk space locally. With pCloud I share my files directly with my contacts.

Desktop synchronization time may take a long time. pCloud requires an internet connection with good speed.

Quick and easy, stable and great GUI. Can save so many files type lot better than many cloud.

Sometime it may slow in accessing the preview file when you have a larger file there. Package upgrade may not affordable example of 4TB LT could be about $700 but the bandwidth is the same as 2TB LT package.

Unlike many top players, you get unlimited space. Sure most of us probably don't need more than 1TB, but when it comes to store photo and 4K video unlimited is what you need. You can also share files publicly, under the traffic limit of 10TB.

Sometimes the network might be a bit slow, and uploading large files can take time. The web app has some glitches and sometimes you need to reload the page. The PC app is much better so be sure to have it installed.
