Easy to use software and excellent customer support
The software is easy to use and intuitive. I went from no experience to developing a very complex lesson in only a couple of hours. The software can be used for teaching and for educational research.
CONSI wanted to present a large (1000-word) lesson for a specific amount of time, before allowing students to do the quiz and further reading. The only way to present a large text is to import it as pdf. While this option works, I would have liked it better if there was a scrollable text box instead.
Reasons for switching to iSpring Market
Other options were more difficult to use, were more expensive or could be integrated with a specific LMS. Spring can be used on any LMS, and it can also be used on a computer screen.

Can't say enough good things about iSpring.
I liked what they were doing and how they were doing it so much, I built a business around it.

Seamless integration with publishing projects from PowerPoint directly to our iSpring Market and iSpring Learn account

I have received excellent support and guidance from Tech Support. Many members of the team at some point has been involved in helping me learn how to get the best out of the product, resolve tech issues and have always been willing to spend whatever amount of time it takes to ensure I have my issues resolved. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to name but a few have been totally excellent.
PROSIts very easy to use if you are used to working with powerpoint.
CONSI actually love using it. Really liberating to be able to develop your own courses at a pace and time of your own choosing.
