Our business runs much more smoothly and we are loving the Karbon for Clients portal and so are our clients. My account manager is lovely and approachable and always willing to assist. The Karbon for Clients has been a game changer for us and our clients. Cons: I don't like that to do a bulk creation of jobs against clients that I have to pay extra to do it. I wish some of their webinars were in Australian business hours. I also really dislike that they don't discount for part time/casual staff. We have 5 employees and 2 of which only work 1 day a week so it's expensive to pay for user access for them for 4 days a month. Easy to create work templates and budget allocation. Timesheets are great. Cons: Billing module is very tedious and still needs some work to streamline billing. There seems to be a lot of bugs still. Particularly with Xero integration. Contacts integration with Xero XPM is still not seamless. It would be good to be able to create calendar invites from Karbon - full integration to google calendar would be good. There are short videos that are available for users to learn about karbon and guide them, this ensures customer support. It is effective but not efficient as explained below.
