Unable to filter / sort fields view statements but can download as spreadsheet to sort/filter offline.

So far the experience has been great, their team is fantastic, they have great support and tech staff and the platform itself is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

I have had a great experience with it and hope we still do continue to use it.

The navigation could be a little confusing with 2 components to commission.

It gives good clarity on the compensations and the understanding of what and why the compensation is paid. Easy comparisons between months and good tracking of the earning potential.

Graphs can be confusing to read. Does not denote where accelerators kick in.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about using the CaptivateIQ platform.

We've just recently started using the software, so I don't have any real complaints at this time.

It's been super helpful as a sales rep to understand how my commission has been paid out, big fan.

A great tool that has found the sweet spot between functionality and simplicity.

I dislike that it only updates every 24 hours rather than in real-time.

I love that this is an easy way to find out my commission but also the ability to see the break down of the commission quite easily.

A few of the things that CaptivateIQ does great is the ease of processing commission statements and its diverse integrations.

The color scheme is also a bit dull - consider oranges or reds. It also was troubling trying to log-in at first.

The UI is super friendly, and it really is easy to navigate. All the things that are important to me and my role are easy to access.

At such an affordable price. Can't believe we no longer have to do date entry for our commissions, which used to take us hours and hours.

Once you renew a policy, there is no way (that I am aware of) to see commissions received for prior policies.

The nice thing is they are always available to answer any questions and give you one on one tutorial help. Also the help button in the software is very helpful and informative.

The best part of out purchase of Commission Tracker is the service we have received. Karla Long and the service team have been responsive, patient and dependable.

Although the software itself may be a bit difficult to navigate at times, the customer service team is on point.

In my opinion, Commission Tracker is THE best commission tracking software on the market, for any price and it is amazingly affordable.

It works great for both and it does both very well, better than other packages I have used and demoed. It also has customizable commission tables for graded commissions, PCPM and flat rate.

If we were a larger agency, this would be a big problem. Some reports don't have the filtering and/or sorting options that I need, but there is usually a workaround.

The support staff is extremely responsive and helpful. And the programming staff is constantly coming up with new and excellent features and enhancements.

The commission tracker software has made paying agent commissions quick and easy. We use this system day to day and it's simple and user friendly.

Some people might shy away from the dated-looking user interface, but don't.

Easy to use once the data is incorporated into the system. Execl spreadsheet quickly import to the system.

Its license per machine feature makes it a little tricky to network. Also, support is one or two people not a team so immediate response can be a problem.

The length of some of the data fields is restrictive. The program doesn't include a balancing mechanism rechecking the commission splits with the gross commission.
