Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the Customer Support, the ease of uploading statements and the reports that are available that I can provide to decision makers and producers.

  • all agents, carriers, clients, policies cross-referenced - simplified program that is easy to use willing to do custom reporting if needed

  • Cons

  • The only con that I know of is the Premium allocation capability.

  • I wish it didn't go back to the top when you do an adjustment. That slows me way down.

  • Pros

  • Love how easy it is to add orders and customize their order fields.

  • I like the ease of use and that we can add/delete items as needed to make it work for our company.

  • Cons

  • Some features are not needed but that has to do with the internal development side. When changes are made it makes your muscle memory have to rethink.

  • Challenges are only in the limited basic level the of software fields, however easy to customize.
