User friendly, creates community and assists in obtaining information from team members quickly.

I like how it is easy for my team to have converstaions and that I can have different channels.

One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication.

Ease of use for work and holding of documents. Love I can have it on my phone as well.

The integration of Google programs is a great feature.

Sometimes I find myself missing notifications from Flock.

I like that the bot reminds me of meetings and notifies me when I have meeting invites. I like that I can accept the invite within the app.

You can't DM multiple people, hard to manage a lot of different conversations which we need a lot in our organization. There's parts of the UX that is just clunky and annoying.

Getting stuck in a long conversation can be annoying at times.

The reminder app is my favourite. My love that I can get in contact will my coworkers.

Sometimes you get emails about missed comunications sometimes there are none and no idea why. Voting system is confusing.

Nice to communicate as a group in this app for a business keeps professionalism and nice for work updates.

The ability to bring in guests on specific projects without adding to our baseline use cost was a key recommender for us. The integration with Google Docs is very good.

Integration with all popular platform like Jira, Google.

It's easy to use and a great tool for collaboration...especially when remote.

Pinned Chats are great as they help you keep the most active members of your team in a spot where you don't have to look for them.

And it integrates with our existing project management tool trello. What I also like is the responsiveness of the support team.

Overall Flock is a timesaver and great way to help build community in our  franchise.

The unpaid version has limitations such as you loose your old messages as a user.

The only problem or issue I have had is sometimes trying to log in. Other than that I have no other issues.

Not much to say about cons, never had a problem or a crash.

There are no major cons. Sometimes it takes awhile for the page to load but that likely has more to do with my internet speed then the software.

I am mostly frustrated only with the logging in, if you make an error on the logging in I wish it would tell  you whether l. User name or password is the error.

Our overall experience was better than expected.

I find that once I have signed in it is easy to maneuver through the system without a lot of frustration.

The ability to customize the software to match our company's brand. Insightrix provides excellent customer service when questions or issues arise.

Easy to use with mobile hardware and very easy to see what you have entered in context. The fields are quite legible and the fonts are easy to read.

My only concern, to date, is completing this survey, as I have no concerns, it was difficult to surpass the requested number of characters required for this section.

The software is easy to use and the surveys are not too long. Questions are well worded.

The reporting was great. We just exported all of the discussions, as well as the word cloud and we were ready for our marketing meeting.

Customer service was spectacular. Relatively easy to use and looks clean and professional.

Day 2: We asked the users to explain the experience when they go to the club and the service they received getting their table and bottle service. This day was better than expected.

We declined the second day walk through because it was pretty easy to understand.

The bookings were seamless and the users experienced a better than booking at the door experience. They felt like they were getting VIP service.

Data was gathered quickly. Good value for the project.

I've never had any problems using this. Therefore I have never needed any customer support.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I would be unhappy if it froze or locked up but it's never happened to me.

After booking the table they were asked to describe the experience on the application and the things they liked or didn't like with the application and the ease of use.

I was worried that we would have trouble understanding how to set up the discussions. We were walked through the first day with the sales rep. and given a short how to video.
