Dashboards are the name of the game for Adoddle. The helpful gauge system can assist employees in decisions regarding cost analysis as well as relevant project information and metadata.

Not having had any training on it, every time I have had call to use it ended up using an alternative system because it fails.

Overall experience superb with Adoddle - Asite. Enjoying the work with Adoddle - Asite.

The ease of use is my favourite thing about this software. As a company we use lots of external sites for document control, and his is by far the most user friendly.

Fantastic depository for files , well structured and easy to navigate.

Buttons to submit forms or files are lost in the interface - just a drop down option to the side is not clear. Also, it is unclear that a document/form has been submitted - requiring double checking.

In comparison to other systems I have used (Aconex, Encompass, 4Projects) Asite does not come up as reliable software, due to number of errors and outages occurring. 2 critical outages only this year.

Yesterday, a few of my projects disappeared for no reason, but there were no error messages or warnings that the software was down (it also happened to my colleagues so it wasn't user error).

Streamlined documentation for several projects and also to share with contractors, external consultants as well as internal consultants.

It is much better to track documentation with Adoddle than search through hundreds of emails. Filing these is now easier and not a hassle at all.

A terrible system on the whole which is difficult to use.

Hours lost learning the system and redoing things. I dread to think how much it is costing the Environment Agency to host.

Asite is a dream when it comes to document control.

Poor customer support led to several issues going unsolved and work arounds having to be implemented internally.

Customer support is always eager to resolve my queries and the responses I get are mostly satisfactory leading to the resolution of issues.

It seems very jumbled and intimidating. I would get rid of everything and only keep the most essential features/options.

To add insult to injury, 18 months after Freshbooks canceled and deleted my account, they charged my credit card for another year subscription.

Freshbooks should be facing fraud charges and or a Class Action lawsuit. I expect either very shortly in the future.

Ease of use and integration from pc to mobile. The fact that i could copy repetitive invoices and projects saved me a lot of time as well.

It’s very easy to use,excellent customer service and use also a great mobile app. I am really happy to have this software in my company.

I love that i can send edit and track my business. The app on my phone is great but would like more of the same options as the desktop.

Software is easy to use, has the appropriate features and the support staff is outstanding.

Interface is hard and confusing to use. Not built for those without precision motor skills (forget it if you have any sort of impairment).

It shows you who is yet to give the payments and how much outstanding balance is remaining. The compatibility of FreshBooks is so good that it tells you the total profit and loss.

My experience was FreshBooks has been a phenomenal one. The interface is great and the presentation and look of the program is great as well.

Its easy  to use have a good customer servicehave good mobile apps designed so good and have attractive invoice templates.

I like that the software is great at keeping track of invoices. It's helpful for a freelancer.

It was a great beginners accounting software with an invoicing option that I made good use of. It was pretty intuitive and user friendly.

I like the fact that it makes me very serene about my numbers. This is not something I like doing so I recommend it.

It had been extremely simple to highlight and remove outsider applications since it made my experience superb to utilize this product.

Great for freelancers and small businesses. Free version is easy to use and when you upgrade to the paid version you get great features.

Great experience, easy to use. Customers like quotes and invoices and I like the ability to create them off my mobile device quickly and easily.

The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.

It's does a wonderful job helping to keep track of all the outstanding bills of all of the clients that I have.

Easy to use, it has integrations with PayPal among others. It has integrated time tracker and great support.
