Pros
- I use this when I need an accurate 3D model of a building I am working on. This is very easy to use and great for realistic and accurate 3d Buildings.
- I love the control I have over lineweight and clarity, as opposed to the competition.
Cons
- The price os the software is one thing that needs to be looked at. For a small firm, it would be difficult to get a licence for this product.
- There is no coordination between plans and elevations, sections, etc. If something changes on plans, you had to go and update each and every elevation, section, view that was affected.
Pros
- We could zoom into construction blueprints & docs which has good clarity. What appealed to us the most is that we worked from the jobsite and all team members were on the same page.
- It is very easy to upload, manage and send files to clients and subcontractors. It is also awesome that it OCR's plans and specs for you.
Cons
- I dislike the effort it takes to switch projects views, that I can't have the option to permanently pin the folder tree to my toolbar.
- You cannot copy and paste a hyperlink shape or destination. It is time-consuming and annoying to link documents together.
