Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Ease of use and integration from pc to mobile. The fact that i could copy repetitive invoices and projects saved me a lot of time as well.
  • It’s very easy to use,excellent customer service and use also a great mobile app. I am really happy to have this software in my company.
  • Cons

  • Interface is hard and confusing to use. Not built for those without precision motor skills (forget it if you have any sort of impairment).
  • The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.

  • I like the ease of use, the reports, and the ability to export information to Excel or Primavera. I especially like the ability to export to and from DOT bidding software like Expedite Bid.
  • The are talented individuals that have come together for the common good. I am very proud to use this great product all along knowing I have such great support.
  • Cons

  • This is especially frustrating on bids with child and grandchild bid items requiring reorganization. In resource setup registers, there is no way to sort.
  • There are no real complaints on my end. If there are ever any complaints, HCSS will listen and modify their software.
