Not easy to update or modify prebuilt modules (schedules, tasks, budgets, etc.). Doesn't talk to other systems (no erp integration).

My Manager is submitting along with 30 + additional stores, the documentation to the owners directly from PM. I'm sure our clients will find it is very customer friendly.

Submittals did not organize very well, nor did they integrate with procore.

Benefits include tracking system for approvals of contracts, change orders and invoices, central storage system for photos, documents, contracts, etc and ability to integrate with accounting system.

The iphone app is pretty easy and intuitive. The online computer version is the exact oppposite.

I have a had an excellent experience with PMates thru the years. It has given me the visibility i need to make business decisions as well as report to the Executive team.

Overall I find Project Mates to be very helpful in my work and helps keep our costs in line.

The client we used this for was a perfect client. They had new convenience stores going up left and right so bidding to them was easy.

This information has a lot to do with a LEED report that your software actually will be looked at from the EPA and several other agencies. Our clients are depending on a healthy rebate.

The cost to use the system for all users hurt this adoption.

We no longer have to track spreadsheets, and communication has improved greatly. Less work, better results.

The program is very intuitive and  really impressive.

The project was delayed so the license expired prior to the project finishing.

I would like to ability to utilize the contingency/allowances in the budget like a checkbook, where change orders are deducted from that specific contingency/allowance line item.

The product performs as advertised, and the customer support is outstanding.

The ProjectMates Team has been very responsive to our requests for customization to better meet our needs.

Lastly, the system struggled with internal adoption due to how inflexible certain aspects are.

People miss my comments a lot of the times on links I send them. What I've started doing is just sending the link to myself and then copying the link in an actual email.

The restriction on which browser can be used on uploads is a bit of an issue.

The App is great in that you can do all of your daily updates/paperwork off of your phone if you wanted to. I would recommend this to any of my clients to manage their construction department.

I like the reports that I can get from it. Kaely Culbertson has been a great help and resource.

Internal buy in can sometimes be difficult getting them on board.

The system works well enough, but not as well as other similar programs we use. We are forced to use this program by one of our major clients, otherwise we would not be doing so.

Easy to use, needed information close at hand, all encompassing.

I really liked the ability to coordinate things amongst many people. It was very easy to use and exceptionally user-friendly.

The main complaint would be with the scheduling feature. It's confusing and hard to use.

We have been using Projectmates to help in managing our construction projects for the last 7 years and have been very pleased with it. It is very easy to use and to train people on.

The out of the box ease of use. The fact that it is set up for the End-user such as a Retailer/Restaurant Company and not from a GC viewpoint.

Software is very user friendly and an ease to work with.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
