Nice service, good customer care after 2 tickets
Overall it is great. I worked with it for one of my client and now using it in my company for all my clients.
PROSAutomated process are good, setting up different environments
CONSI didn't like the support system, there has to be an email ID or a live chat thing, if there are ticketing system, then there should be a portal for back and forth replies.
Reason for choosing DeployBot
It looks easier and effective with different servers and different repo systems. i used earlier with Gitlab now using with GitHub.

DeployBot has helped our workflow!
This has helped us up our dev game tremendously. We've cleaned up our processes quite a bit with this addition to our workflow.
PROSWe really like the ability to sync our repos and auto-deploy with a commit message flag. It's easy and quick to rollback to a previous deploy. Pulls in the commit message. Easy to review the commit list and even shows the files that are about to be deployed so you can review them. Ignore lists are great for config files. Easy to tell status of a deploy because it can be synced with Slack and also notifications/emails make it obvious when something is either bypassed (on ignore list) or fails to deploy.
CONSThere's a little bit of a learning curve since the ignore list doesn't follow the same conventions as .gitignore does. Environments/Servers are not easy to copy. Would be nice to be able to set up a template for new projects that get added into Deploybot (to solve above). Our ignore lists would be identical for any web project for consistency's sake with setup. Also our root directories follow the same conventions. - Things like that.

Easy to use and setup
Usually
PROSIt is very easy to use. Automatic deployments are great.
CONSDeployments do not always pick up on deploybot, not sure if deploybot is soley to blame for this though.

Using Deploybot
Deploybot has significantly reduced the time we spend setting up build commands for deployment and for troubleshooting deploy issues. Their support service is always very quick to respond (within an hour or two) and they always make you feel like your issue is their first priority.
PROSDeploybot makes it much easier to compile and deploy code to multiple server environments. Its much easier to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain then a git action.
CONSThe user interface could use some updating as it's not very intuitive for new users.

Efficient and Intuitive: DeployBot Delivers
The interface is elegantly designed, free from superfluous buttons. It directs you straight to the essentials, eliminating unnecessary complications. While it prioritizes simplicity for beginners, advanced options are readily available for those who seek more depth.
CONSHonestly, I've had a seamless experience. The team was responsive to my requests, implementing features I suggested. Furthermore, the custom option provides flexibility for unique needs.
