A great tool, with great support, and a comprehensive API that allows us to do pretty much whatever we want (so long as we're willing to fiddle about with it technically).

My biggest issue with Crisp are never ending conversations. There's no way to have separate conversations with the same customer, old conversations get dragged into new conversations.

Overall, the onboarding was simple, the pricing was great and the feature set is unmatched at this price point.

I love how simple the UI is, anyone can use it. It is very simple to understand the way it works, inplementing it and configuring.

They down side is the reduction in MMS characters from 1500 to 660. It's taking me twice as long to construct a messages because I have to cut it short.
