The tool is a good concept but at times falls short at times on delivery of true functionality. Customer service is responsive but issues resolution has been slow over all.

I'm not sure if I have any cautionary tales or advice- it's been a good experience all in all it's been a positive experience.

They also make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. Continued charging me for months after cancellation multiple times.

We had to call them everyday for about a week before we got a hold of someone who could cancel our subscription after paying an entire extra year for no reason.

It was a PAIN to get a hold of anyone there to cancel our subscription ONE YEAR after we wanted to cancel because we missed the 90 day notice by a day.

Worse, they abuse their customers. I got locked into a yearlong deal by mistake and their reaction.

It integrates well with salesforce, the ability to track and see the time a person is key. Collaboration is super easy, mass email templates also easy to use.

Clearslide is one of the most widely used tools in our sales team. The platform is easy to use and integrates seamlessly into salesforce.

User experience is straightforward and simple. Customer feedback is very positive.

Using this online can easily login to my clear slides and share my screen.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.
