Fantastic support, best in class pricing and superb customization without being too complex.

Superb experience. Excellent value for money, fantastic support and ease of use.

PROS

I love the support, the tech staff really helped setup the software with amazing focus and energy.

CONS

There is nothing to dislike, really. Every feature I could ask for, their tech support staff were willing to find a solution.

Reason for choosing MyBasicCRM

Cost and the ability to be custom were good! MyBasicCRM comes without the complexity that makes adoption difficult to enforce with other softwares.

Reasons for switching to MyBasicCRM

Need something more flexible and with more features, plus of course price. Maximizer's price was not bad but MyBasicCRM was more cost effective. Both CRM's are better priced than Salesforce!

I wish there were suggestions for special areas according to the sectors, I add every feature I need.

PROS

What I value most is the simplicity when implementing it and using it for small projects

CONS

I see many limitations when your project grows and takes on a certain size. It lacks some more advanced features that you can find in other software
