I like the interface the most. Out of so many such apps I have used, Wingman has been one of the very rare cases where all the features are accessible with a few clicks.

I like the keyword filtering i.e. pressing on words that were spoken like price, competitors etc will take you straight to that section of the call.

I also like that the conversation is transcribed... who likes listening to their own voice. In addition, I reached out to support through the chat,  and they responded within 5 minutes.

Sometimes the transcription of the conversation is not 100% accurate, therefore it can result a little bit confusing when trying to identify a specific part of the dialogue.

The most important benefit is how easy it makes to record and log calls, and the integration with CRM.

Its super easy to use, user friendly interface, easy to navigate.

The product is easy to use and captures all the details almost accurately. The transcript is super helpful rather than spending an hour listening to a really long call.

Wingman is super easy to integrate into your existing workflow because of the integrations it offers. It's great to be able to so easily capture conversations and get notes from them.

The integration with Google meet creates problems sometimes.
