Telemation

Telemation is an on-premise customer relationship management (CRM) solution for call centers offered by Database Systems Corp. (DSC). Telemation provides users with its own telephony system and uses computer telephony integration (CTI) to provide many advanced call and call routing functions. The CTI functionality provides users with features like outbound predictive dialing and inbound call distribution (ACD) and interactive voice response (IVR). Telemation offers integration with third-party PBX phone systems from Nortel, Aspect and Rockwell.
