Great tool that allows myself and my team to organize our book of business.

The one thing I really like about this software is the e-mail stream that it displays for each client account.

I really like the ability to tell when/if/how often my clients are using our software.

The ability to create customized plans to engage with customers manually or automatically using any and all data that is integrated into Churnzero is invaluable.

We faced a problem of having a lot of data points and a lot of customers with no way to monitor and analyze that information at scale.

The organization and integrations with ChurnZero make it so easy to manage all customer accounts. The marketing emails are great too.

The simplicity of integrating ChurnZero to other tools used in our business has been wonderful.

No proper and understandable Dashboard of Team activities.

Their customer support and customer success team are incredible and are very dedicated to helping your needs.

This software feels cumbersome and is not intuitive at all. It's difficult to navigate and figure out where to click.

Unfortunately, this occurred quite a few times with little to no recourse.

Our ChurnZero CSM has been amazingly helpful, our onboarding specialist helped us navigate the hellscape that was our system previously, and the support team have been quick and excellent.

Very simple to to use when we compared it with competitors, integration to other software like SalesForce and Zendesk was smooth.

ChurnZero does a great job helping track client sentiment through a variety of factors.

Overall, my experience has been great using ChurnZero. It's easy to manage accounts, send bulk emails, and get a grasp on how all my accounts are doing without having to dive deep into each account.

There is no way to customize how many accounts appear in their lists (known as Segments) meaning only 10 accounts can be viewed at a time (a big pain points for CSMs skimming their account list).

Love the customer service provided by the Success Management team.

I have few if any complaints for ChurnZero, other than what you'd run into with any Account Management software (setup takes too long, etc).

ChurnZero provides detailed information on who, what and when specific activities occur, allowing me to quickly understand how I can best help each user.

Data is pushed in 1 day after it occurs. Lack of time of day activity is occurring reporting, only total for the day.

Having the quick insight into usage data helps me know which clients I need to contact and address an issue with, which helps me save revenue or build a more accurate forecast.

They have robust functionality, filtering, and integrations. I can use it to find the right clients to conduct user research with.

Churnzero's easy implementation and integration with Salesforce is great. Having these datapoints in the tool makes it easy to analyze and set up actions accordingly.

Well supported throughout, clean, easy to use software that presents powerful account information.

Overall this product gives the customer success team the information they need to see. It is simple for them to see aggregate NPS Score, Revenue, etc of all their accounts.

Identify up sell opportunities (generate new revenue for my company).

The team at Usertesting is also amazing and always willing to help out.

I didn't like the somewhat vague navigation, difficulty navigating back to a prior screen and somwhat confusing hamburger menu.

I love that this software gives you an opportunity to earn some pocket money to give your opinions and thoughts on sites and apps.

As a software product manager, it's awesome when you have data to support your product decisions.

Robust feature set and excellent customer service.

This tool has great flexibility in what type of testing you want to do: Public website, mockups from various mockup tools, card sorting, task testing, etc.

Reviewing responses is smooth and you can do nice things like annotating, bookmarking, etc. at certain points in users' responses.

Additionally,  they have excellent customer support service on deck to help with any issues you might run into while testing. Appreciate the ability to sample across the globe.

Their customer service has been prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. M very glad I found UserTesting.

Sometimes the error remains remains there as it is not fully tested by the developer.

Great tool for testers and at the same time fosters an improvement in media quality through feedbacks.

My overall experience was great. I loved getting to share my opinion and I loved getting compensated for it.

As for the product itself it took me about a day to feel like a power user, its very intuitive and is such a welcoming UI.

They did delay the pay out date once - although they communicated this far ahead of time.

My overall experience with UserTesting platform is good because it was able to help me determine user experience hurdles which my customers were facing.

And, once the user landed on product detail page, did he find the content per his needs. I was able to improve conversion rate and revenue driven from my e-commerce site through UserTesting.

It's a great solution when you don't have a dedicated research team and need usability testing done anyway. Would highly recommend it if that describes your team.

Sometimes it is hard to locate similar research findings over the span of multiple brands or workspaces.

The quick turnaround on studies is the best part about Usertesting. I am able to launch a study and get results in a few hours.

I like all the different ways u can make money with this it pays as they say and always new opportunities to earn a lil extra when needed.

Once I fixed those high priority usability issues, I saw a high lift in customer engagement, drop in cart abandonment and spike in conversions.

From setup to reviewing user tests (I use  1.5x speed to review them quicker). It's easy to make video clips and create a highlight reel.

What I like the most about UserTesting is that it provides me numerous opportunities to make extra money.

The idea of this software is great. The ability to take targeted surveys to assist in market research is brilliant.

Even if you're not a professional researcher, UT makes the tool easy to use, with tons of pre-made templates for your use and editing ability. The support team is very helpful and informative.

There are other times while you are taking one of the tests which you received that there will be lag time for a minute when clicking on the plus sign.

I love this software and this company and will continue using it, such a great and fun way to earn some extra money.
