I could start sending gift cards almost immediately. There were no hidden fees and a very transparent team. #### Cons When sending gift cards, it would be nice if custom fields could have a dropdown that a client could input all of the custom fields that would appear for easy of sending. Most pop up as a suggestion which is the next best thing but being able to just click a few letters and hit enter would be ideal. #### Reasons for switching to Tremendous NOTE WE DID NOT USE BRANDED AUDITS - WE USED 'BRANDED CURRENCY REWARDS - they were not listed in dropdown and I could not move on from this screen without selecting something (I tried Other, Not Listed, N/A, etc and could find no other placeholder) They required $2K balance refill at all times. Not a problem now, but when we were a very small start up this was difficult. The interface was confusing a support was non existent/hostile when provided. The last negative support exchange between our team and their was what ultimately made us decide to move platforms. It is easy to use, easy to understand. User-friendly platform. Excellent customer service with prompt responses, especially for reward verification and status updates. Strong fraud prevention features that help detect suspicious activity, such as when a single recipient receives multiple rewards or unusually high reward amounts. Variety of reward options and redemption method. #### Cons Reward balances are not visible on your dashboard, I think it would be better if it's visible on the user dashboard. Additionally, it gives participants a variety of options. Instead of researching and selecting gift card platforms ourselves, we can use Tremendous to provide participants with a range of options. It offers a wide range of international gift card options. Since we conduct research with participants from all around the world, this is a huge benefit for us. Furthermore, it saves us the effort of researching, finding, and deciding on the best card options for participants. The entire campaign creation and gift card distribution process takes roughly ten minutes. It is also easy to monitor spending, the amount uploaded is clearly visible, and you can see how many gift cards each member has sent. #### Cons My main complaint a few years back was that they only provided one or two choices for some countries. But I've seen that they've been expanding and improving their collection. I love how it handles the entire workflow from start to finish. And they have so many gift cards to choose from. We no longer have to guess what users want. #### Cons This is very minor. But it can be a bit confusing the first time you use the system. Creating a campaign and template took me a bit of time to figure out.
