Very bad experience, after investing so much time set up my account. Just got stuck with the integration - sent several emails  - no one answered.

Retarget your traffic simply by adding Criteo script to your website. Excellent customer support with a dedicated account manager who will guide you with bid optimization techniques.

Overall, enjoyed the experience with Criteo. Needed a more cost effective option and eventually left.

Unfortunately, customization options for the creatives themselves are a bit limited.

I loved Criteo at the beginning when I had an account rep.  It was great when a person managed the bids, the retargeting and the software.

The bids should have been reduced as of 1/1 when the traffic went down but they were not and the company did NOTHING to make up for their screwup and mishap. They even admitted it was their error.

How easy it was to integrate with some of tools we use, and how easy it is to work with campaigns and audiences.

Easy to use interface and tracking that displays the number of impressions, clicks,and sales along with the spend, return and ROAS.

Overall, we're happy with the results our e-commerce campaigns have experienced with the addition of Criteo. Revenue and overall web traffic have increased.

NONE, we now use our media company to do all RETARGETING via social, google and other platforms. Criteo lost our business FOREVER.

Criteo is by far the best revenue driver of all remarketing companies.

It might work but god help you if you need support.

I don't like how little control you have over targeting, account setup, graphics, or budget.

Great performance, ease of use and reliability of accounts.

The return on investment, reach in terms of placements, and customer support.

Lack of a detailed site list or whitelist options.

Especially ones that are still learning and growing rapidly.

As a Salesforce administrator, I especially love the SFDC integration of Demandbase for starters. But I love the UI of the tool itself, that you can add custom tags & fields & dashboard/report views.

Customee service A+ and great reporting and analytics across integrated systems.

It's a bit tedious to setup from the admin perspective if you don't have a very big ops team to do it together with. But aside from that, it's hard to find a complaint otherwise.

But if your company has a difficult time understanding what prospects/accounts to prioritize and understanding your strongest target audiences/market, then Demandbase One is an absolute must.

This is a really useful tool for our sales teams in terms of seeing if their prospects are engaged. Really valuable from a sales and marketing perspective.

The obvious positive is that the information they provide is extremely valuable.

DemandBase has been great across the board. Our support team is great and provided us with tips on how to best leverage the tool.

The reporting platform was awful. Any type of data manipulation that I wanted to perform had to be done outside of the platform with a csv export.

Demandbase has a seamless UI that makes it easy to work in. I don't expect sales to actually log into the platform, so the salesforce integration is really helpful.

DemandBase is easy to use and has some great reporting features to measure trend over time for your target accounts.

I love the intuitive ability of the account scoring feature and while we hadn't setup lead scoring as well, I can imagine it's just as valuable for companies who use leads and get a lot of them.

Excellent, high impact results. Friendly and informative sales staff.

That we can only operate it in incognito mode which is frustrating. Also it can sometimes be glitchy but not enough to be annoying.

So far, my experience has been good. They have a really solid CSM team and have been very responsive.

Overall pretty happy with it as it does provide great insights.

Poor documentation, weak implementation consultants, shoddy integrations with Salesforce and Pardot, hardly any reporting functionality to make the information easy to access and understand.

It's nice that it gives you insights on how and who (company) to connect with.
