Love the program, easy of screens and use and being able to get from one area to another. Good graphics ,  support seems better than a year ago.

Benefits are the people who handle our support. I love how ClearDent is easy to use and learn.

I like that everything is integrated - digital charting, radiographs, ledger and is easy to work with.

It does everything I need but my staff are the ones who run the program. I look at the charting and that is where it is disappointing to me.

Some choices are missing for example I cannot enter a supernumery tooth or where tooth has had a trauma or fracture.

Very colourful and like how graphic it is, (dentrix is to bland) very easy to use and I like that a couple suggestions I have made for the program have been added in the updates.

Overall it's similar to other software and does the job. Maybe if they can add features at low cost, it may become more attractive.

Since they can not be charged, if you dismiss them for stealing you will face a slander law suite that you will loose.

I liked the ease of adding patients to the schedule and updating their personal information. Also, the predetermination interaction with insurance companies was done quickly and simply.

Support system is great. Friendly interface with ease of use even for those never had experience with it.

Easy Charting, confirmation of patient appointments, reporting feature is top notch, great training support for all departments.

But it does work and it is a great product, I just cannot justify the price.

Clearadent is my favorite software to use for dental. I have used Power Practice and Dentrix and this is by far the best.

Fair to good experience for basics, fair to poor for more complex requirements.

Imaging software is very weak and very frustrating to work with.

Generally I'm please that we chose Cleardent. I hope it becomes more popular in Ontario as the majority of new staff are unfamiliar with it.

I like all of the customizable search features when running reports.

ClearDent has great features including the secure exchange of patient information between offices which is a great feature when having multiple offices.

Good practice management software, does everything you need, but there are other softwares that are more aesthetic, cost less and have better technical support.

I am extremely happy with the customer service help I have received so far, they have helped with all my call requests.

The program, is very user friendly and outlined very well. I have always had a great experience with customer service.

Customer service is excellent. They are great at taking suggestions and implementing them.

It has allowed us to go completely paperless in our office. I like the integrated imaging program to simplify the usage.

I was introduced to Maxident Software Systems 8 years ago. I purchased the Hygienist Maxident System for my Dental Hygiene Office and have supported this amazing company ever since.

I know hygienists that are debt free and profitable with paper charts that are very professional and progressive.I can chart faster in the way I like on a paper chart. I do overall love the product.

The different screens are bright and have large font.

Tech support is great; the techs are eager to help. Having unlimited support is hugely valuable to me.

The ONLY thing I like about this software is that it is easy to use.

I love the ease of use, as well as the options in the charting and billing such as super codes and perio dictation of probe depths, gingival levels, bleeding and such.

They both intuitively know what i would like the software to do, in order to guide me to the correct locations.

They most likely do not fixed my problem. So, the problem is always there.

My overall experience is not happy at all and disappointed. Whenever I tried to call and explain my problem many times, they were late to reply.

It makes difficult sending pre determinations to the insurance.

The software is difficult to upgrade, doesn't have a lot of built in high tech features and customer service is difficult.

The software is always up to date. The company stays on the cutting edge of technology and business owners requests.

Some of the features are easy to access and provide quick information.

Slow awkward perio chart. Abbreviations on perio chart not what I would choose  and they aren't adjustable.

We just completed  an over the phone training program with Maxident for an extended feature and it was AMAZING.

Honestly, I could not pinpoint what I like most. I prefer different software.

He goes above and beyond in his quest for customer service excellence and is a huge asset to this company.

It is one of the I've made that I view as a financial mistake It's really agrevating dealing with updates and extra costs. I tell starts ups BC to seriously consider $ before making the plung.

Our company like using Maxident, its fairly user friendly and the support staff are great when we are in need of help.

They provide valuable tools that save me from training new employees on the software from scratch.

Customer service is awesome and they make sure you are helped through out the process.
