It is extremely customizable. It is amazing how much great information you can get from the custom reports.

The customer support team at Curve Dental is AMAZING!!!  They are there any time you need a hand and will jump thru hoops to get the job done.

The format is quite easy to read/graphics are nice. I like how the charting is 3d like.

I love the ease of use and the comprehensive program. All in one place either for filing an insurance claim or getting a report to my tax people.

Some reports are difficult to access; a little on the expensive side for multiple users.

No need for server, always updates automatically, and having integrated imaging allows radiographs can be viewed anywhere in the office or at home. Don't have to worry about maintenance, done for you.

Really good experience with the software. Price is higher than it should be but it is more convenient in the cloud.

Xrays aren’t as clear as I’m used to. I hate that I can’t auto charge interest on account receivables.

I  have dealt with several people re-statements and the customer representative has been outstanding in EXPLAINING WHY and HOW the filters work.

The support team is always ready to help and never makes the employees feel like they are dumb for asking a question. They also answer quickly, so you don't have to wait hours or days for a call-back.

You can literally have any report in the world you want and customize patient communication. From a data perspective, fabulous.

Scheduling it very user friendly and easy to understand. Financial reports are very helpful.

If we could auto charge old accounts and increase the quality of xrays, I’d be very happy.

The number one feature of Curve that I appreciate the most is that fact that it is cloud-based and has saved our office money and the hassle of maintaining and servicing an onsite server.

Accounting was difficult having to open multiple windows especially if there were many family members.

It was very confusing and not hands on. The trainer jumped all over instead of sticking to one thing before it was learned.

Recently they updated the user roles and permissions and they are confusing now.

Curve is very good practice management software as is, and the ease of use and cost savings compared to having a local server based software is great. The support is phenomenal.

Gendex x-ray imaging integration is quite good, allowing for direct import of images without a bridge. Curve's customer service is truly the best that I have seen with any software company ever.

The quality of the radiography was archaic. My staff was angry, I was angry.

I have a lot of recommendations, but I ultimately like this product a lot.

We have problems with software's for weeks now and no response from Tab 32 for emails, messages. I have three other clinics and thinking to switch out from Tab32 due to poor customer service.

Compared to other cloud base PMS it’s simpler and easy to use. Customer support is very good and they are always improving.

It is very simple to use and tech support is awesome. I use their product daily and love it.

Very intuitive and runs on low data speed also. The customer service is the best and always helpful.

I haven't found anything to date that I dislike. We are working out the links.

I can access patient charts and xrays from home or while traveling is fantastic. Also, I am big fan of their integrated hellopatient system within EHR itself.

It requires a lot of clicking. We arelocated on east cost & they are on west, so time difference is an issue when we need trouble shooting.

It is great to have everything in one place and to be able to access everything remotely. The software is intuitive and comprehensive.

No updated given, bad customer support as it takes way too long to get back to you. There are way too many steps to do simple tasks.

Had I known this information early on , I would have saved a lot of time and money. I spent a decent amout of money on the migration only to have the the main components not migrate.

I have used Tab32 for 3.5 years now and I have seen the amazing changes and growth they have accomplished. They have been so easy to work and communicate with.

Some features take multiple steps to perform and can be difficult to manage in a busy dental practice. Overall I see the the potential to be a great product.
