The line item accounting make it incredibly easy to find where account balances are coming from- so say good bye to exhausting accounts. The clinical screen is beautiful and easy to use.

The DentiMax feature to force users to change their passwords does not work, and support hasn't been able to figure out why either.

Features and function rich, affordable, user-friendly, provides a great workflow which increases production. Dream Sensors set this software apart from anything on the market.

Tech support is fantastic, I email questions and usually have resolution within a couple hours. The big suppliers sometimes took weeks to solve issues.

The ledger can be confusing the way it distributes payments and adjustments - makes for a very complicated print out for pts to take home.

The software is easily expandable, the appointment book pro is excellent and the support team has never let me down.

Dentimax is a great investment at a competitive price.

However, there are so many issues with the Program that I deal with because I refuse to pay for Support to fix their programming problems. An example, there is a 1 cent rounding problem.

Maneuvering around from screen to screen is so easy,  can pull up whatever I need immediately.

I love how easy it is to use. The latest upgrade did have some glitches, some of which we are still working with Dentimax support to figure out.

The software constantly freezes, customer service does not know why and they blame it on Windows updates. The kiosk never worked so I cancelled it.

Compared to other softwares , the price is affordable and reasonable. The kiosk is a great feature but it never worked properly.

Dentimax will help me incorporate my peripheral equipment, rather than block those things out and force me to buy their own approved and overpriced proprietary devices.

You have to do oragami so the address on the Statement shows in the envelope window. Walk out Statements are confusing and hard to understand for Patients.
