  • Pros

  • The constant updates and suggestions from users across the country is a great way to make it perfect for us users.
  • I like the format of the schedule, the treatment planning is very straight forward, and it is easy to write notes/navigate a patient's chart.
  • Cons

  • Costly for annual maintenance. The hold time for customer service is sometimes lengthy.
  • We need more pre-block options for the appointment book / scheduling to template. We have to create an event and that is annoying.

  • The technical support staff is excellent. They are very reliable, and they promptly return my calls.
  • I like how I can create multiple treatment plan options very easily. I also like how easily I can review chart notes for the day very quickly without having to click through multiple screens.
  • Cons

  • The radiographs are terrible and it took the company almost a month to get to that point. If there is something the system cannot do and we ask how can we.
  • I dread coming to work because I have to use Mogo.
