I would just like to add that their customer service is the best. We recently had our graphic designer who managed our industry weapon leave CNSI.

The only pro is that the customer support is actually good. They solve most of the problems that arise.

I like the option to put multiple campaigns on one channel. It makes it easy to regionalize the screens while still giving them shared content.

East tutorials on line, great customer services when needed.

The ability to customize our displays by location and even down to the device. For example, we have six TVs in our main building.

The learning curve is appalling. Trying to teach employees how to use it is practically impossible.

There are occasional software failures with needing a reboot. Simple fix but it does happen from time to time.

This software was very easy to use. It was definitely a quick learn.

The text and screen background for slides does take some graphic knowledge and for the inexperienced can be a very confusing.

It's got weird UI quirks that make navigating and customizing slides a painful experience.

It's often not intuitive. I will get slides that didnt upload and it does not error on the preview but is an error slide in the presentation that shows on the tv.
