This sounds ridiculous, but we have a massive TV that was purchased for the department and nothing to do with it.

It's got weird UI quirks that make navigating and customizing slides a painful experience.

It's often not intuitive. I will get slides that didnt upload and it does not error on the preview but is an error slide in the presentation that shows on the tv.
