Seamless communication of important issues and accomplishments to our Call Center
The overall experience has been really good. It has added a nice POP to our call center. We have multiple TV's in both floors of the call center as well as the break room. It allows us to communicate urgent messages, KUDOS, fun, etc. easily and quickly.
PROSI like that we can add lots of different playlists and have them setup in advance of what we want to communicate to our call center agents. It also allows us to celebrate team wins, Kudos and urgent messages quickly.
CONSThat it doesn't support all video types.

Optisigns our new Solution for digital signage
Overall a very good experience and i´m happy, when the solution has replaced some windows pc´s
PROSI like the flexible way to upgrade the plans. I like the free android devices, which allow a smart solution for digital signage (less power consumption like Windows PC, less maintenance, less to mount on the wall)
CONSIts diffuicult to order and pay, because we´re in europe and we have other payment methods, like pay by invoice. Its possible with Optisign, but more difficult. I think also, there should be a location in europe (because of shipping).
Reason for choosing OptiSigns
Better pricing and free android device. Also the handling was better.
Reasons for switching to OptiSigns
Because DSSHow is not userfriendly and has difficult licensing, not cloud based and is only running on Windows

This is absolute trash
Clunky and pathetic with a high price tag. Only still subscribed because it's low on my priority list. Management can't get it fixed- should be one of their simplest tasks but Optisigns makes it impossible

OptiScreen: Great features, but watch out for the cost!
Overall, we are very satisfied with OptiScreen. It has fully met our expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use. Despite the high cost, we would recommend it, especially for companies that value a professional and modern presentation. We hope that the cost structure will perhaps be adjusted in the future, especially for the European market.
PROSWe at VOELKER Finance OHG are really enthusiastic about the versatile functions of OptiScreen. The ease of use and flexibility of the system is particularly helpful, allowing us to design our digital displays efficiently and creatively. It fits perfectly with our modern approach and the quality of the display is top notch. The ability to manage everything digitally has also helped us a lot in our day-to-day mobile work.
CONSThe price is a bit of a damper. For a cool and modern company like us, quality is important, but the cost of OptiScreen is quite high. In addition, the shipping costs for the devices to Europe are quite steep, which is unfortunately a disadvantage for us as a company based in the Ore Mountains.

The switch to OptiScreen was a logical step for us. We were looking for a solution that would offer us more options and flexibility, especially in the area of digital ad design. OptiScreen convinced us with its great backend and advanced features. It allows us to work creatively and efficiently, which fits perfectly with our modern and dynamic company. OptiScreen not only allows us to present our content better, but also gives us more control and freedom in design. In short, it opens up new ways for us to communicate our brand and our messages in an appealing and effective way.
