So far I have found Blink a good app and a lot  better than apps I’ve used previously it has everything I need to keep me fully informed.

Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.

Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.

This product is easy to use and feel like a part of a community in the company.

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.

First class customer service. The Blink support team are always there to help me with API integration.

It is a great tool for keeping in touch with colleagues and the company whist being on Furlough.

We were able to test Blink for free prior to committing to it, but knew immediately that it was perfect for our needs.

The ease of communicating with both groups and individuals immediately, getting responses and reaction as well as being able to deal with any issues the minute they arise and offer immediate feedback.

This product is very easy to use, there are many similarities to certain social medial platforms which makes the users feel at ease when using it.

Our EPG is linked (via API) and it's a great way to get good automated snap shots awhile on the move... even alerts.

Due to the ease of use we use it regularly to bring small/ad hoc project teams together in order to share documentation and messaging.

I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.

A user friendly platform for our multi national team.

It is easy  to use and is a very effective way of communicating with the wider office team, tracking various projects.

Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.

However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.

Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

We had teething issues to start regarding invites, where someone will try to join but will be stuck in an endless loop.

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.

The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.

Fine for communications, lacking in other features.

We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

When there isn’t clear-cut communication, assumptions run wild and morph into rumors or beliefs, which are often exaggerated or false.

We've found the chat functionality is particularly useful and has cut down our email traffic significantly. It's a great way to get quick information out to the right people, at the right time.

Helpful for solving the problem of room availability in a corporate office with multiple shared meeting spaces.

A little confusing to use the hover feature to book the space separate from the calendar elsewhere on the page.

We just moved into new office and one of the main problems of our users is to find the new meeting rooms.

The UI is particularly clean and generally enjoy using the product as a result, over typical legacy booking software.

User adoption is fairly straight forward as well. We use Apple IPad mini's for our enviroment and the units pair with mounts from a third party look great outside of the rooms.

Luckily,  I don't pay for this software, but if I did, I'd dislike the price.

It has helped saved time (and with it money) by providing the tools need to book and manage these shared spaces. No more headaches with dueling meeting requests and 'room squatters.

The team also finds it super user friendly when signing up for desks.

We use it in the whole organization. Robin helps us to find a flexible and powerful solution for room booking and management on the go.

Its easy to use, and all of our staff have adopted it without issues. Their customer service is great.

If I forget to check in when I get to the room, it will cancel out my reservation.

The ease and set up of the platform is very easy. Room setup and configuration again are very ease of use and not technical.

Great branding/customization to give it a unique look/feel for office space. Easy to understand and use from a booking perspective.

Easy to integrate with the most popular calendaring platforms - Outlook, Google, etc. Now Robin is iterating and adding interesting space management features to compliment their desk booking module.

I am pleased with the over 2+ years or more that we have been using the platform. It has caused significant improvement of reserving rooms/spaces with our offices.

Easy to understand pricing with lot so of great features at entry level. Ability to use Android tablets and Ipads.

Robin has been great for reducing help desk calls too. People can see everything they need to know about the room right on the display.

Robin is such an effective tool in our industry and seamlessly integrates our shared coworking space to ensure bookings are smooth, consistent, and accurate.

Failing to check in for a meeting releases the room too quickly. Separated employees still have recurring meeting reservations tying up rooms.

As an active user of meeting spaces in the office, having them organised and administered through Robin has been a delight.

The ease of use when using Robin is the best part. We use it to book desks within our office due to the pandemic, and it has been a great asset.

I work at a smaller company and sometimes booking conferences room can be a pain.

I've experienced no notable functions or features of Robin that I dislike.

We used the data gathered from Robin to make informed decisions on how many rooms and what size to build to better serve our employees.

Robin Powered is a great tool to help manage the chaos of an open work space and helps augment other technologies in meeting and collab spaces.

Robin provided great functionality to make desk reservation and helps finding the designated seats for particular teams in office.

Robin has the general best look and feel of all the apps we tried. Zoom, Teem, everything felt just emotionless, but Robin is really fun to use.

I like this software mostly because it is integrated with google calendar.

Overall it's been a good experience. There have been a couple of times where some glitches happened, but their support team is FANTASTIC.
