Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

No useable software and no portion of our unused funds.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

We have had excellent results with VISCO mapping our invoices from their software into QuickBooks Online.

The system is very easy to understand. The support staff is by far the BEST that i have ever had an opportunity to work with.

We had some trouble in the initial implementation. Most of which I attribute to the fact we were coming from a DOS system to the web environment and it took time to adjust.

This software was configured to fit my exact needs, and at a very competitive price. It really has helped us streamline our processes and simplified the data entry portion of our work.

This software is great for keeping track of incoming, outgoing shipments, and inventory. I was able to learn the accounting functions of Visco within a week.

A great value product with a great team to support it.

The entire process was great, from the initial proposal to the implementation. While they had great standard features, they were pretty accommodating with specific customizations as well.

There is not one thing that i personally dislike about the product or the vendor.

We made the mistake of thinking too broadly and ended up asking for some projects that we don't use.

We are still in the learning process. I am confident we will become more comfortable and avail ourselves of more functions than we are presently accessing.

I find it to be very user  friendly. I use many of the reports in my daily operations:  Master Volunteer and Receiver Reports provide phone numbers which I use constantly.

The friendliness of the customer service reps. They are always nice and willing to help.

Its integration with QuickBooks and VISCO's ability to customize the system to the way we want to use it.

Visco is getting better and better. I'm happy to see the results.

Excellent tools to help manage the business. It has the ability to see profit and loss on every shipment which we used to do by hand.

VISCO was designed specifically for importers and distributors, with an emphasis on chemical, plastics, seafood and wine. It is an integrated system with warehouse management, inventory management and procurement features.


By integrating with QuickBooks, VISCO can provide an ERP system with emphasis on costing, lot tracking, importing compliance, as well as a fully-functional CRM module.


The document management module pulls data directly from the database, and uses Microsoft Office integration to develop all necessary documents for import and export.


When issues arise during the distribution process, VISCO will assess the issue and email notifications to the correct team member, so that management can work quickly to find a solution. Several notifications come pre-built into the software, but customized alerts can be easily created.


VISCO can integrate with third-party business applications, and can share data with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) with minimal internal development. Any additional customization will be logged on the VISCO server, and updates will be deployed during off hours.
