Good customer service ,easy to use,easy to adopt.

The management team was great helping us get started and supporting us through the transition. The transition team did a great job helping us move our files/folders into google drive/AODocs.

No Scalability and hard to implement in legacy platforms.

AODocs is a security and workflow layer that sits on top of Google Drive so it is easy to use and easy for people to adopt. New features are released monthly.

The set-up process was difficult and there were numerous unexpected road-bumps.

In so far, the offline/online synchronisation is today missing. An interestering feature would also be a dashboard with the vizualisation of the consulted files within the library.

Responsiveness from pre-sales support was excellent. Installation and integration with G Suite is excellent.

If I have a complaint, it's that the learning curve is a bit steep and configuration can sometimes feel a bit non-intuitive.

Frustrating to have limitations of numbers of documents, numbers of files etc. Does not have a mobile app or is not designed to work on small screens.

Team shares without needing to purchase GSuite for business.

The support is fantastic when you need assistance. The tools for opening files in native format is extremely helpful to our employees.

AODocs has provided me with essential management tools that Google Drive fails to include.

Workflow setup can be a bit painful for newbiew.

We hope to roll out DM to everyone in the organization who has a need. Our initial foray was a demonstration prototype, which Pre-Sales technical support assisted with.

It can be a bit tedious and confusing to get new users set up, especially if they aren't familiar with extensions, local clients, etc.

Support has always been quick and helpful. Yesterday we increased our monthly investment in AODocs by nearly 10 fold because we're convinced that it's going to pay serious dividends.

I said before that the integration with Google Chrome & Drive is most of the part transparent, but the biggest con to me is the lack of integration with Google File Stream.

Most practical, useful, cost effective software I have ever purchased in 16 years as a network admin.

Can be accesses from Mobile easily. The interface is clean and simple which helps out using it effectively.

To the most sensitive company information which often will requires remote access in the field under pressure situations.

I like the ability to offer individuals the rights and permissions to do their job efficiently. The search capabilities are robust.

Not compatible with iOS. No app available for use on ipads/iphones.

The webtool is very easy to use, which is the part most of my team uses. I love that I am able to customize the system to my company's needs, there are very few limitations to the customization.

The software is beautifully complex and pretty flexible. I can make it do a range of things out of the box and also easily customize it to do non-standard functions.

Support always answers questions within an hour or so, and the help cheerfully even with “dumb” questions.

Not only does Document Locator works seamlessly inside windows, it has a great API and is very easy to administer. Users generally don’t require more than about 15 minutes of training.

Overall has been a great software that has improved our document control process and improved our internal efficiency.

The Document Locator product stays up with technology and is simple to implement and utilize. Best of all their Customer and Tech support is fabulous.

And the few items that I originally though of as downfalls where simply my lack of knowledge.

The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.

Each time we have received training, it has been informative, clear, and concise. Folder Structures and Profiles are great tools to allow us to work efficiently with consistency across departments.

Ve been administering my company’s Document Locator system for 8+ years. Never have I come up with a problem they couldn’t solve.

Its easy to configure to suite almost any need we have. And the way it seamlessly integrates with the Windows environment is outstanding for our users.

Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.

I'm impressed by this one feature and recommend this solution because of this. Other user interface is available, but the shell integration is what sold me.

Overall I like a product. It keeps documents organized and easy to access.

Customer representatives have a great relationship with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin which makes to the support for this product great.

It is also the easiest to use and most important to a nonprofit company the most cost effective software I have ever purchased in my career.

Mobile access helps me managing docs from anywhere even when I am travelling. Good application to help out.
