The cloning feature is very helpful, and when I've had to do graphic changes the tech support person was great and walked me through everything. I enjoy using the back end of the program.

No customization, primitive filtering, no DOWNLOADING, and the designs are horrendous. File management is a glorified FTP interface.

If we're talking  about my most favorite feature, that would be the rule engines for advanced pricing, orders, customers, analytics, etc.

Then they said none of the files could be recovered as all had been purged two weeks after deletion, which I was one week too late for recovery. All data lost for all items we had produced.

Backend is a little clunky, some of the verbiage is quite confusing, there are multiple ways to customize product/settings which can get a little confusing.

Easy to use to manage stock availability, check sku and able to create custom sku.

No offline availability. If internet is down, you can't do anything.

I also like that I can add notes to customers' orders as this lets me keep track of issues in a more secure place rather than pen and paper.

Quick to respond technical support team. ADDED - the support staff integrated payment processing and their Genius terminal.

Now that I am done on my end, I am still waiting after thier last demand to put un-nneded items on the website.

Any questions I have are immediately taken care of. Their technical support team is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

The interface is incredibly easy to utilize. Loading products and walking through a sales process is simple.

The robust features that tie together inventory and customer history are great.

All we want to do is sign up for another year and it seems very difficult to do so.
